Most Annoying Christmas Decoration Ever

When I helped my mom decorate her house for the holidays (it's a tradition with us), I was secretly hoping she would forget a particular decoration. We had everything up, and then she said, "Hey, we need to get the snowmen out!"

This was what she was referring to:

Oh, yeah...sure you may think this is cute, but the thing has a motion sensor, and is extremely sensitive. This means that if the wind blows, the damn thing goes off. And if that's not bad enough, my nephew LOVES this thing. Begs to make the snowmen talk. He was fascinated with them last year too, which was cute since it was his first Christmas....until it was freaking March and my mom still had those little punks hanging on the wall.

So forgive me for not looking forward to hearing those little shits the 5 million times I'm going to have to hear them this holiday season.

That is all. ;o)

We have an equally annoying decoration. It is Douglas Fir, the talking Christmas tree. Every year, I try to hide it and my husband drags it out, so I feel your pain. At least it's not at your house!

Is there is an OFF switch?! If not, the snowmen might need to meet and early death, by fire!!!!!!!

haahaha! yes, they're very very cute FROM AFAR! we had a witch, the one that is just a hat and legs and it looks like she flew into the door on her broomstick, and it had a motion sensor too. every time the little chihuahaus from next door would take their walks, they'd come over to my front door to screambark at my witch. it was funny the first hundred times. we retired her the same year.

Okay. The fact that you referred to motion sensor snowmen as "little shits" totally just made my day.

ROFL. My mom has those. The grandkids love them, but my dad gets to a point where he is like, "TAKE THE F-ING SNOWMEN DOWN"

OMFG. I would seriously make them disappear. You can do it. I know you can :)

My aunt has a talking Christmas tree with a motion detector. She places it on the back of the toilet in the guest bathroom. Nothing like scaring the pee out of you!!!
